Laundromat FAQ
We are open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Last wash is 9:00 pm.
Yes, we do! We have 60-pound machines for your bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Yes, we are fully attended so there is always someone on site if you have any questions or need any assistance.
Wash & Fold
You can leave your clothes with us any time during operating hours.
We use only premium products when we wash your laundry, but you can upgrade to Tide for a small fee.
In store drop off laundry is only $1.25/lbs.
The minimum order for wash and fold is 10 pounds.
Absolutely not. We always keep your laundry separate from other client's clothes.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Our pickup and delivery service is available Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If you sign up for recurring service (either weekly or bi-weekly) it is $1.75/lb. If you just want to use our service from time to time it is $1.90/lb.
There is a $35 minimum order for laundry pickup and delivery.
Your clean laundry will be returned to in 48 hours, unless you have a Friday pick up. Those orders are returned on Monday.
You do not. When you place your order, just note in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so the driver knows where to find your laundry bags.
It is easy. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup Button" and input your information.
No problem! Just list your special instructions in the "Preferences" box when you place your order. If you want anything done for one specific order (You would like spot treatment on a particular item, for example) you can put that in the "Special Laundry Instructions" section
No, you don't. You are welcome to discontinue your service at any time, but we know you will stay with us as long as we continue to provide you with excellent service.
When you place your order, we will ask you for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is completed.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
If you need to suspend your service for any reason, please just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
